This 235x235mm heated bed kit is a direct upgrade to the official Creality PCB beds. It includes a high quality CNC milled aluminum build plate and 24V 275W Silicone Heater for quick warm-up times. As the Creality 3D Printers are often shipped with defective build plates, the warped bed and deformed surfaces can be uneven and difficult to use, making it nearly impossible to achieve a perfectly leveled bed. 4-point bed leveling can often make these problems worse, further skewing the surface over time.
Our aluminum build plate is precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. It provides a flat and leveled print bed, with tight flatness tolerances of +/- 0.2mm during manufacturing.
While aftermarket silicone heaters traditionally have centered wiring, this can sometimes pose clearance issues on certain models with Y motor covers. To address that concern, the heater cables and strain relief bracket have been shifted to the back left corner, preventing wear and tear that can otherwise shorten the heaters lifespan.
The perfect match for Creality's 24V electrical system, no additional parts needed. This plug and play solution is a direct upgrade for the Ender series. Just swap out the cables with the original heated bed. 275W offers noticeably improved warm-up times and better heat distribution compared to stock. Recommended for most users.
These high powered 110V 500W (AC) silicone heaters reach desired temperature in a fraction of the time. Running on mains voltage, either a Solid State Relay or Digital Controller must be used for switching (sold separately). Recommended for experienced users only.
