The Dual Gear Extruder Kit is a low cost, high performance upgrade for Creality 3D Printers. Designed to replace the stock plastic extruder, the anodized aluminum assembly is far more durable and built to last.
Dual hobbed gears firmly grip the filament from both sides, providing greater torque and accurate feed rates. Compared to a single geared extruder, this helps to prevent slippage and missed steps, which can otherwise result in under extrusion.

Haven't used it much, but it's nice so far.
One thing that wasn't clear is that the offset of where the filament comes into this extruder is different than the existing extruder. That's no big deal unless you have the filament sensor like I do on my Ender 5 plus. So, I had to print a shim and use longer bolts for my filament sensor. I went ahead and uploaded both the Solidworks part and the STL, in case anyone needs it to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4926576.
