Working temperature up to 300C. Leads insulated with fiberglass, thermistor glued with 600C rated ceramic compound.

Our Screw In Thermistor uses most popular in reprap community EPCOS B57560G104F.Hex brass body with M3x0.5 threaded stud allows you to easily screw the thermistor into a M3 hole with zero chance of it falling out halfway through a print.Simply tap the existing hole on your hot end with a M3 tap and screw in the thermistor. The thermistor leads are insulated in fiberglass Tubing, 2 Pole JST Style Connector is attached to the leads ends. Connection cable with mating JST connector for connecting with 3D printer electronics is included. Thermistor glued in housing with high temperature 600C rated ceramic glue. Maximum allowed temperature for prolonged time is 300C.

Fixed my errors

I was having constant errors and after trying a direct replacement, I decided to try this before giving up, and it solved all my problems. I will be changing any thermistor in my future printer purchases to this immediately.

Too much brass

Let me state first that I haven't used this part yet but I intend to. My initial observation is that the brass hex used to screw the thermister in place is larger than necessary thereby sinking heat away from the heat block and exposing the sinked heat to cooling air from the fan. I would reduce the hex height by at least 50%. I would also make it square rather than hex.

Not sure where you got the data sheet, but the EPCOS data sheet at Farnell shows 300°C

False Advertising

EPCOS B57560G104F Datasheet states this thermistor's maximum working temperature is 200c. In the description here you can clearly see that the stated working temperature is 300c. Clearly this is false advertising as defined by law.

I'll be requesting a refund, or back charging. Whichever is more effective.

Don't lie about your products. Know what you're selling if this is an honest mistake, but I don't think it is.

Shipping

Gulfcoast Robotics ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 11 A.M. Eastern Standard. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following business day. All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse located in North Port, Florida (US).

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS using the service selected at checkout. Parcels that exceed the First Class weight limit of 15.9 oz will automatically use Priority Mail. Once your package has been processed, a Tracking Number will be provided. The Shipping Confirmation is sent via e-mail and/or SMS alerts, depending on the contact information specified at checkout.

International Orders

All orders shipped to a destination outside of the United States are subject to the import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by the Customs Department for inspection. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and important of your package into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and work closely with our carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.
