1. Remove Heated Bed
Turning clockwise, loosen and remove the bed leveling thumbwheels, then lift the heated bed up and set it aside.
Collect the thumbwheels, compression springs and M4 countersunk screws. This mounting hardware will be re-used to install the new heated bed.

2a. Disconnect Wiring (Ender 3 / Ender 5)
Access the control board inside of the electronics case. Disconnect the (2) power cables from the terminal block and the thermistor plug.
Power Cables: Depending on the board model, the terminal blocks will be green or black. Look for the one labeled HOTBED or HEATBED, loosen the set screws on top and pull the wires out.
Thermistor: The thermistor has a white 2-pin JST-XH connector. This is often labeled as "TB" (Thermistor Bed) and remove it.

2b. Disconnect Wiring (Ender 3 S1 / S1 Pro)
Access the control board inside of the electronics case. Disconnect the (2) power cables from the terminal block, the thermistor plug and grounding cable.
Power Cables: Locate the green terminal block labeled "BED", loosen the set screws on top and pull the wires out.
Thermistor: To the left of the power cables is the thermistor connector labeled as "BED TEMP". Unplug the white 2-pin JST-XH connector.
Ground Cable: Detach the yellow and green ground cable from the corner screw and remove it. This will not be reused.

4. Mount Silicone Heater
To prepare the 3-Point Heated Bed for installation, we must first mount the silicone heater to the aluminum build plate.
Align the heater to the plate and peel the 3M adhesive backing at one edge, then press this to the plate.

5. Strain Relief
To ensure a long service life and avoid wear and tear, secure the silicone heater cables to the strain relief tab using (2) nylon zip ties included in the package.

6a. Install Wiring (Ender 3 / Ender 5)
Wiring the 24V silicone heater to the control board is indentical to the stock heated bed. Reverse the original steps.
Power Cables: Locate the HOTBED terminal block, insert the (2) power cables, then tighten the set screws on top and clamp these in place. Make sure they are snug and have a good metal to metal connection.
Thermistor: Plug the 2-pin female thermistor connector into the male TB connector on the board.
Please note, silicone heaters have no wiring polarity. The cables can be swapped and it will still work as expected.

6b. Install Wiring (Ender 3 S1 / S1 Pro)
Wiring the 24V silicone heater to the control board is almost indentical to the stock heated bed. Reverse the original steps.
Power Cables: Locate the BED terminal block, insert the (2) power cables, then tighten the set screws on top and clamp these in place. Make sure they are snug and have a good metal to metal connection.
Thermistor: Plug the 2-pin female thermistor connector into the male "BED TEMP" connector on the board.
Please note, silicone heaters have no wiring polarity. The cables can be swapped and it will still work as expected.

8. Install Heated Bed
Install heated bed with stock springs and level adjustment wheels.
