The EPCOS Thermistor is a perfect drop-in upgrade for Creality 3D Printers. It features a working temperature up to 300° Celsius, the leads are insulated with fiberglass instead of PTFE, and an M3 hex stud threads into the heater block for a secure fit. This is bonded to the thermistor with a high temperature ceramic compound rated for 600° Celsius. This makes it the ideal choice for high temperature filaments such as Nylon, Polycarbonate and more.

I got this because I kept getting the temp sensor alarm on my Ender 3 pro. I also got the hotend too. Got them quickly, put them on, and the first few prints came out great, it was just odd how long it took the hotend to stay at the proper temp to start printing. Then I got another temp sensor alarm and thought "well, this wasn't worth it"
Then I was looking at the website and noticed the silicon sock that you are supposed to put around the thermistor, and my eyes went down to my desk where it was sitting because I'm an idiot that doesn't pay attention and hadn't put it on.
As soon as I put it on, it made all the difference. My hotend heats up and prints pefectly, and I'm currently printing something that has been going for over 24 hours and the temp has changed maybe 2 degrees plus or minus the whole time!

Tried everything to prevent the Thermal Runaway detects which were destroying print jobs. This quick upgrade and install fixed everything. Much more consistent temp readings and back to 12+ hour print jobs without a worry.
I agree with all of the other 5 star reviews, but there is a overlooked feature that I feel deserves a mention. The ability to replace the thermistor without having to rerun the wire back to the mb. Just unplug it near the extruder and replace with a new one if needed.
This is the best upgrade I have found so far for my hot end. Make sure you do a PID tune when you swap it out. My only gripe is you smash it when you use the stock fan housing on the hot end but I eventually will update to a bullseye so I don't have that issue.
My stock thermistor was not reading right on my Ender 3, so I thought I would upgrade since I was replacing it. This is a well made part, and I feel much better about this than the way the stock version is held. I will say it took a little persuading to get the fan shroud back on the extruder, but it all worked out just fine.
