Yellow Compression Die Springs are designed for light loads on industrial machinery, making an ideal replacement or upgrade for traditional 3D Printer bed leveling springs. The increased tension and rigidity helps keep the bed level far longer than stock springs.
First made popular on the Creality CR-10, Yellow Compression Die Springs are now considered a must have upgrade. Compared to the flimsy coils that come stock, die springs provide a stiff standoff which maintains bed position for extended use.

This item is listed as compatible with the ender 3, I bought this along with the 3 point Y carriage here.
The springs are a lot harder than stock and will hold the bed level position well across reprints. But these springs are also very long. The Y carriage includes spacers to the right side and that side will be squished so hard by this spring and make it difficult to adjust the other two locations without the nut going all the way to the end of the screw.
Combined with a glass bed (not purchased here) that's about 3mm thick. the z stop has to be moved further up. Something to keep in mind if you print very tall objects.
My suggestion is either stock a slightly shorter spring (maybe 20mm) or pair it with longer countersunk bolts so there's more length to play with for leveling. Or even add a package for Y carriage users with 1 single shorter spring for the right side.
