PRODUCT DETAILS

The MGN12 Linear Rail Precision Motion Kit upgrades the X axis motion system on the original Creality Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro, Ender 3 V2 and Neo 3D Printers.

Traditionally used for industrial applications, linear rails are manufactured with tight tolerances, offering high rigidity, low friction and precision accuracy. In short, they are less prone to flex during use. When it comes to 3D printers, this ultimately means smooth and consistent movement that reduces, if not eliminates print defects on that particular axis.

The kit features our 3mm thick tempered aluminum back plate and adapter bracket, anodized black to seamlessly match the Ender 3 frame. Rather than replace the X axis, these bolt-on to the existing frame, providing a sturdy, yet lightweight solution to mount the 300mm MGN12 linear rail. Best of all, with a form follows function approach, there is absolutely no loss of build volume. The hotend retains its original positioning to ensure full compatibility with aftermarket parts and printed designs.

Installation should take roughly 10 minutes to complete. All required parts, including the mounting hardware are included in the package. The assembly instructions can be found at the link below.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality of product!

Simple to install and happy to not have to change the wheels every 4 to 6 months, and has for the print quality it did slightly get better. Overall I would recommend this to anyone with an Ender 3v2.

Shipping

Gulfcoast Robotics ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 11 A.M. Eastern Standard. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following business day. All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse located in North Port, Florida (US).

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS using the service selected at checkout. Parcels that exceed the First Class weight limit of 15.9 oz will automatically use Priority Mail. Once your package has been processed, a Tracking Number will be provided. The Shipping Confirmation is sent via e-mail and/or SMS alerts, depending on the contact information specified at checkout.

International Orders

All orders shipped to a destination outside of the United States are subject to the import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by the Customs Department for inspection.We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and important of your package into your country.
